Hai, my name is Rama 👋

Currently, I live in Indonesia. 🇮🇩

I have 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer and over 9 years as a seasonal writer. My recent focus has been on content design and strategy, where I combine research and human psychology to build digital products that are delightful and impactful.

As a UX Writer, I am interested in enhancing the user experience and being a great communicator between your product and the user. To keep users attached means to speak delightfully and clearly. I always believe good communication when delivering a great product will bring significant impact for the business and society.

Experience as UX Writer

UX Writer - SERA | August 2024 - June 2025
- I have responsibilities to support TRACtoGo revamp project.
  - Own the UX writing process from research to execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
  - Maintain tone & voice guidelines to ensure a seamless brand experience.
  - Work closely with stakeholders across teams to solve user problems, shape intuitive and engaging user journeys.
UX Writer Lead - Gizalab | Februrary 2023 - August 2024
- I wear two hats: as a UX Writer Lead while also be an Individual Contributor (IC) for Gizalab’s client.
  - Manage the UX Writer team, including conducting 1:1 interviews, mentoring team members, build culture through a UX Writer Playbook, and involving in the hiring process.
- Senior UX Writer | Bank BRI | November 2023 - August 2024
  - I have responsibilities to support BRILink & BRISpot product. Focus on writing and editing UX copy, developing UX writing style guides, and collaborating on all aspects of the UX writing process.
UX Writer - Flip.id | August 2022 - November 2023
- Identify good copy that shapes interactions between user and product by seeking understanding of the entire product design and development process by collaborating with fellow designers and stakeholders.
- Create UI copy features on the product that guides the user when navigating their way around Flip digital products, services, and functions within the platform to help them complete the task at hand.
UX Writer - Qoin Digital Indonesia | March 2022 - August 2022
- Write and edit user interface text that facilitates user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
- Define principles / style guide for product copywriting to meet high standards of quality in both Bahasa and English, including aligning with the Product team.
- Collaborate closely with the Design team, Business Analyst, Product and Marketing team, and Research team on solving issues like navigation, page routing, etc, to make digital interface easy to use.
- Write and edit, create the writing guideline and determine the writing style, also assisting the team to build the brand personality for Qoinpay and INISA mobile app.
